







Have you ever heard of neurodivergent masking? It’s something that is done in different situations where people don’t feel comfortable being themselves.
Although it can be done by neurotypical and neurodivergent people alike, it is more common amongst neurodivergent people.
It is something that can put a lot of pressure on people to behave a certain way and can be harmful.
